Rope access is a practical rope work application of inspection,
cleaning, welding, painting and maintenance work making use of
traditional climbing and caving techniques. Rope access as we know
it today, started in the early eighties with the development of
safety techniques making it appropriate
to work at height. In 1987 the world’s first rope access trade
association, Industrial Rope Access Trade Association (IRATA), was
formed. The UK’s Government health and safety authority, the
Health and Safety Executive (HSE), were involved from the outset
and was a prime mover in ensuring that rope access would be a safe
system of work.
We are a proud level 4 BBBEE contributor with a team of qualified
rope access technicians that share a vast experience and knowledge
of rope work varying from window cleaning, rigging, non
destructive testing (NDT), paint inspection (NACE), spray
painting, coded welding, confined space entry, blasting and ultra
high pressure washing (UHP).
We strive to always provide our clients with the best possible
solution and we always conduct business based on dedicated long
term relationships, attentiveness and trust.
